DAY 1 Morning Session - The Authentic Woman Leader. Understand a model for authentic leadership that develops the ability to access and utilize the intelligence of all four parts of ourselves: mental, emotional, physical and spiritual. Explore and define authentic leadership and its connection to personal power. Learn 3 key factors for demonstrating authentic leadership even under pressures and stress. Afternoon Session - Our Spiritual Self Explore personal understandings of 'spirit' and how spirit shows up in our lives and informs our ability to be authentic leaders. Uncover the true dynamics of the ego, and establish the truth about who you really are. Evening Free evening for walking, reflecting, sitting, sleeping. Dinner for anyone who wants to join together, but not required this evening.
DAY 2 Morning Session - Our Emotional Self Understand the neuroscience of emotions and how they work together with the higher centers in the brain leading to more balanced and effective decision making and ability to stay open minded and manage change. Learn HeartMath® tools to shift to higher perceptions and increase our emotional intelligence. Latest research on emotional memory and how our experiences are held in the body. Exploration and practice of specific techniques to create new neural pathways in line with our emerging, authentic self. Afternoon Session - Our Intellectual Self Understand how the mind operates from unconscious beliefs and expectations which prevent access to our true potential and authentic perspectives. Learn to uncover and let go of limiting ideas, contexts and beliefs, and become more able to engage in authentic relationships with ourselves and others. This session is based on the work of Byron Katie® and uses her tools for learning to listen and act from a place within that is aligned with love, creativity, clarity and strength. Evening Coastal drive and dinner in local craft shop and restaurant.
DAY 3 Integration Day (optional, but highly recommended). A day of rest, renewal and integration is recommended to provide the optimum situation for deepening the new learnings and insights before moving into leadership applications. When this is possible, it includes the following: Morning Session- The Physical Self Exploring how our body is impacted by music, movement and the food we eat. Sharing our tips on how we care for our bodies. Afternoon Sessions. I. Releasing and Reliving: Participants choose from the following body work options to aid in the release of the old while creating energy and space for the new: for the new: Bowen Therapy, Reiki, Executive Coaching, reading, walking, journalling, silence II. Rest, Renew, Relax before dinner Time for reflection and renewal before evening session Evening Claiming it Forward Dinner then talking around an open log fire. Fire as a metaphor for burning into the truth of the person we want to reveal and express as leaders and in our lives. Exploring synchronicity and accessing our intuitive selves in creative ways.
DAY 4 (If no Integration Day was included this is DAY 3). Morning Session - Spirit Centred Leadership Looking at the spiritual basis for leadership. Exploring the difference between traditional leadership and the spiritual roles we need to adopt to be authentic spirit-centred leaders. Afternoon Session -Authenticity: Leading From Within How do we "hear" or decipher our own internal signals? How do these signals and intuitions become imbedded in our leadership actions? Learning to anchor ourselves to our inner guides, our internal knowing and the truth of who we are even in challenging and stressful situations. Evening - Celebration and Closing Dinner Together Friday Check-out and Travel Day 9:00 am: Breakfast for those who would like to join together Shuttle time to Airport to be determined Personal activities and travel plans for those who wish to remain in Ireland |
