Mary Casey is the founder and president of Centerpoint Consulting - a leading-edge training consultancy providing leadership development, team building and diversity consulting to Fortune 500 companies throughout the United States and Britain. For over twenty years, Mary has worked as a trainer, facilitator, and coach providing innovative solutions that ensure positive, long-term change for both individuals and organizations. Working with organizations such as American Express, Land O' Lakes, GlaxoSmithKline, and Deloitte & Touche, Mary consistently receives outstanding evaluations for her ability to help managers and leaders develop key skills that ensure their successful leadership across all differences and cultures.
Mary is a highly engaging facilitator providing creative and personally meaningful learning experiences. In1996, Mary was certified to deliver the full spectrum of HeartMath's unique heart-based, inner-quality balancing tools. Mary holds a Master's Degree in Training and Organization Development from the University of Minnesota, and is currently an instructor in the Management Center at the University of St. Thomas. Mary is also an associate consultant with the Domino Consultancy in the UK and also serves as an Executive Board Member for Rebuild Resources, Inc., a business enterprise that assists newly recovering addicts with employment opportunities. In 2002, Mary published, 'From Diversity to Unity' with co-author Geraldine Bown. She lives in Edina, Minnesota with her husband and daughter. |
